Walers are compact, easily installed hydraulically-expandable shoring units designed for 2-sided support of trench runs typically up to 4m wide x maximum 6m deep. They are used in conjunction with trench sheeting in single frame (propped cantilever) or multi frame configurations.
Support schemes using walers should be designed by a competent engineer. Each waler unit comprises two horizontal rails, expanded against the sheeted trench walls by (typically) two externally interconnected 63.5mm bore hydraulic rams. The rams are expanded and pressured between the walls of the trench by a manually operated hand pump.

The Wall form system offered by us includes Wall form panels fabricated using 12/10 gauge sheet, accessories, Flat frame /M.S angle, Channel/heavy duty soldiers and channel /tubular walers. Standard Panels of 1.25 m and soldiers in 2.5m height are available. Flexible panel are used for the curved walls, and heavy duty soldiers replaces channel soldiers for bulkier structures. External corner angle, Double adjuster panel, lap angle and splay panel internal corner panel etc.
Other Wallform accessories like assembly nut, , double /bridge clamp, single clamp and bold and wedge & clip are used for numerous conventional wall form shuttering applications.
